Absolutely awful service my partner has just been in tears telling me how badly she has been treated in this place, she initially received good service from a young lady called Katy but unfortunately was then completely bullied and ignored by an older lady. Taking our 8 year old daughter for her eyes testing was not meant to be a traumatic experience this person needs to be looked at by management and removed from the store because she certainly has no people skills.

Staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk into their shop. Great choice of glasses too
Last visit was very good, very professional eye examiner and pre examination staff...very satisfied with the service
Excellent covid-19 safely
I broke the plastic ear bit of glasses and they kindly replaced with soft replacement ones
