Recently attended for my annual eye test and from start to finish the staff were excellent, friendly, polite and knowledgeable, the Optician took time to chat and discuss my test and came across as someone who Boots should be proud of. Altogether I felt like I had been listened to and it was definitely a better experience than I've been used to at other well known high street opticians

useless at answering the phone I waited over 15 mins with call after call going dead !!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. Poor appointment management. Staff were oblivious to the waiting time. Ultimately I was overlooked. Not a satisfied customer.
