Always helpful and make you feel at ease what every the situation
Exceptional practice which has always been highly professional, offering expedient support and service. I have been with the practice since 2006 and every doctor I have seen has been polite, courteous and (most importantly) knowledgeable! Dr Whittle is extremely compassionate yet frank, perhaps a quality some people dont like but I prefer non-sugar coated full facts. The nursing team are excellent; caring, compassionate and competent. Even during the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, I could ring up and speak to someone and have a doctor call me back to perform a telephone consultation.
I rarely bother to write reviews but feel people are too eager to moan and I wanted to ensure an honest, positive review as it's much deserved.
Bizarre... the website shows as open from 6.30 pm until 8pm but when you call between those hours its closed. Yet when i call during the day it just rings out . This is very misleading.
Needs amending to not confuse patients ..

Non-professional attitude. The whole system is very slow and the problem that requires adequate and expeditious action is neglected . My doctor is D-r Fairhead who neglects a problem without adequate treatment, which has wasted a lot of time and money.
Absolutely wonderful practice. I moved from another local practice and have never had anything to complain about. The receptionists are helpful and polite, the doctors very reassuring but best of all, I've been able to get my little girl same day appointments when I was in a new mum panic. The evening and Saturday appointments are a godsend as I work full time. Very highly recommend.
