this used to be the best place to see a doctor, but now you cant get an appointment, phoned a.m to ask for a telephone appointment , told to phone back at 11.30 , then told the doctor has gone home and that there is no other doctor to speak to, " is it urgent" oh heart and circulation problems yes but is it urgent, oh i would rather wait to die, , they dont care about patients, were just a number and no wonder mental health is on the up and same surgery years ago said there was nothing wrong with my heart and on hospital test it is enlarged with leaking valve, doctors responce we go on age and probability, no wonder people are dying. just to follow up i went to the walk in centre and they were very concerned that they did blood test and an xray the next day not looking for trauma but other things, and the nurse at the walk in centre said doctors seem not to want to see patients they are scared of getting covid 19 but expect walk in centres to see everyone,

Lazy and irresponsible Doctors and reception. Three different times, three different problems and they refuse to give an appointment. Tell them you've got tonsilitus they say it's corona farce, sorry virus. Tell them you need blood taking, they tell you to come for a corona test. People are either getting seriously ill or dying because of these people's NEGLECT OF DUTY AND CARE.

Amazing practice. I have been going for years and they have never disappointed. The staff are kind and well presented.(includes receptionits, pharmacy and doctors them selves) would definitely recommend to anyone who lives in this area.

Can be waiting going in to two weeks to see a Doctor & then what?.. what's going on around here The Plague?..

Makes a statement up sets patient,then next appointment,does nothing on the follow appointment not even way patient
