Fantastic community minded gym and Cafe. Veterans drop in on a Friday and gym discounts for ex forces. All the staff are very welcoming.
Fantastic staff, competitive prices for gym and food, and really really supportive environment would definitely recommend if you are in the area
I've grown up going to this gym and I will admit the facilities are great. Dawn and john are so lovely and I loved it when it was just them two, as I feel rather intimidated by Zoe and the son, I just don't feel very welcome there anymore.
