Absolutely will not be ordering from here again!!!! appalling customer service with no way to contact them...ordered food at 6:30pm was told 2 different delivery times then it did not turn up until 11:50pm at which point we had already had to cook something else and they knocked left it outside and just drove off without even checking anyone had come out to get it (it was also cold when it did arrive) and now refuse to give money back on an over £50 order....not only that but they also deleted the 13 bad reviews they had from the other people experiencing the same problem.
Been waiting 3 hours and nothing. They won't pick up the phone. They won't message back. No cancellation and no money back. Absolutely disconnected
Best Chinese i have genuinely had, since moving to wales i haven’t found one single nice chinese takeaway & this... this is genuinely amazing. Only chinese takeaway i will be ordering from!
