I always have an excellent experience here and my dog Delilah absolutely loves visiting the shop. Knowledgeable staff and dog friendly 👍
Usually very good but since the pandemic find the shop to be terribly unorganised especially when queing (3 lines form and no one knows who's next, staff don't pay attention to the lines either or direct customers to stand in a certain place).
Staff are friendly however I've had a few experiences where I have had not great service. Got handed products from click and collect from a colleague's bare hands (usually not an issue) however during a pandemic I would have thought some preplanning such as putting my items in a bag would eliminate that. When I asked for one they said there was a charge but I'm not comfortable collecting items from a colleague whose been serving and touching others people cash then handing me my products with no sanitising and wanting me to physically get very close to get them out of their hands.
Bit pricey but when there are offers on worth a trip.
Really helpful store staff have lots of knowledge of products that are best for your pets .
