My son 10 started at the academy the beginning of the year as he was struggling with his confidence. He’s an active rugby player but at the time he was shying away from tackles and was scared of taking a hit. A few months at the academy and he is sparring with peers with more experience than himself, older children and even adults showing a lot of heart and determination and not backing down. I believe this is down to the coaching and energy of the academy, egos are left at the door, he is corrected but encouraged and shown every class is an opportunity to learn and develop as an individual with the backing of a whole team of people wanting you to succeed. He loves every class, is building some great friendships and as an added bonus his confidence on the rugby pitch is back with force. Can’t recommend the classes enough
Excellent place for children and adults to learn a well established sport. Trainers are amazing and run great classes to help everyone to progress and reach their goals in achieving their belts. Healthy attitudes and good friendships gained.
I travel from Cardiff for my son to be part of this great facility and environment.

Excellent kickboxing academy. Chris is very friendly and has a fantastic approach to kids. My kids love practicing there which helps them in so many aspects of their lives. I would highly recommend.
