Good gym, plenty of equipment, only negative is theres no windows, however its only 5 pound a month subscription, well worth joining
Warm and friendly staff tones of different styles and colours, plenty of room to get around. Always Staff for advice and support. The best thing about the staff is they don't hassle anyone but always on hand to serve you. Excellent all round

For the money you pay this gym is excellent. BUT. Sadly no parking available here although it isn't a major issue
This sports direct in newport is VERY big. They sell all types of sportswear and other things like Jean's, coats, perfume, belts etc. They do have some good bargains on there. However, I think their trainers are lacking that WOW factor...to me it's like their selling the branded trainers that the likes of JD Sports dont want to sell. That's just my own opinion. As for sportswear I think they have a great range of that...under armour, nike, adidas so on and so forth. They also sell these at reasonable prices.
