Impeccable manners I felt welcome I couldn’t ask for any more from a restaurant.
We started going here when it was The Shah in 1986, being from an area where excellent curry is in almost every 'curry house', I was impressed with the quality. Now it is the Bollywood Lounge, I just had what can only be described as one of the best tasting Bhunas I have ever had, really! Keep it up people, it's great.
Ordered food and was told a 45 minute wait. Turned up to get it and continued to wait another half hr before asking if they had any idea of how long it would be was told 5 minutes. Continued to wait another half hr after that I asked again how much longer as it was getting ridiculous. Apparently they had given my order to someone else! Will never go back here! Poor service and rude staff!! Very disappointed
Had a fab evening Saturday, food was amazing and service was brilliant Taking into consideration how busy the restaurant was ! Thank you to Jangy for managing to get us a table. Will definitely be returning soon !
