Needs the counter to be open longer and have more counters to help people quicker.

Queued outside today for an hour which I half expected. Queued again inside for another 30 mins as they only have two members of staff with ipads to manage personal banking. Two ladies in the foyer helping now again with straight forward queries on the self machines. Normally they all walk around with ipads in their hands.... so Barclays get real where have all your ipads gone?.. When you are doing your supermarket shopping watch and learn see how really busy places like Sainsbury's manage queues....CVD19 is no excuse for how you managed your branch today .... wake up

So I visited on Wednesday 29 Jan 2020. I visited to get a statement printed out for work. Now there was 2 machines out of order (one had a notice stuck on to say its not working but the other did not have any and notice to say and I saw at least 30 people (in the 1hr I was in this branch) who jumped queue to try use the broken machine and no staff did anything) Now all machines I used did not print any statements at this branch, even tho it had the options to do so. I asked a member of staff, a black woman about 5ft, who was walking around the branch assisting the customers to help and she pointed me to the machines and I kept telling her they are not printing any statements. I asked her to let me see one of the staff (who sits at a desk) to print one off and she kept insisting I use one of the machine as they did not print statements off anymore. I asked her several times why do this branch not print any off anymore and it took me asking her 30 times and 10 minutes of saying and asking "the machines are not printing the statements and why does the branch not print statements off anymore?" and her repeating "you print on the machine before she understood the question. I even asked her if its just if it was just this watford branch where the staff cannot print the statements from their computers anymore and she did not even understand the question. I do not think she speaks english that well.

The staff call razia. She was not helpful at all as I lost my card and I wanted to widraw cash .ahe said she can’t do it as she didn’t even asked even if I wanted to order new card or anything . On Barclays website Barclays branch it says they have card issue facility which they didn’t had it . It’s misleading service to customer and absolutely rude and unhelpful.
