I’m coming to this shell garage for nearly 3 years now for 3 times a week. They’ve been ok but for the last 3-4 months some of the agents are just taking the piss, every time I’m going there they not scanning properly my shell card witch means I’m not getting my discount , they can’t scan my Waitrose card to get discount for the coffee . Basically each agent has its own rule it’s just depends how lucky you are in that day and witch till you will get to for paying.

been there to fill up my lorry.s fuel tank, the old man inside asked to leave the payment card with them in order to release the fuel pump, and then to come back for the payment. This is against privacy to leave the card with anyone, they might picture it both sides and use it for online payments, then you wonder where.s your monies. Explained him the situation he was keep saying that.s their rule... that.s why you got cameras to use them in such cases not to retain peoples cards by the time they fill up. Disgusting...

Some of the staff are not professional. For example if you have a discount because of the shell go+, they don’t know how apply to your receipt. New person hire there with not enough training or experiences. Staff not friendly.
