Looking at the reviews, I can see many people unhappy. This can be used as an advantage because the BRANCH is LITERALLY EMPTY.
I love a bank when you don’t have to wait in a queue... if you like an empty bank this branch is for you!
Their customer service do need to improve and becoming more friendly! I do find this issue in many Lloyds Banks.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPLETELY PATHETIC STAFF. DON'T BOTHER JOINING IF YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOUR OWN BRANCH. EVEN IF YOU COME IN BRANCH, YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN.

Johnson is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He really is a cut above any other person that I've ever dealt with in the banking sector. Sadly, I believe Peter to be one of a kind.
