Disappointing experience here especially after being recommended as a good place to go for food. 1. The food took a considerable time to be prepared 2. The quality of the food was awful. Proper time management is clearly absent here as the chips were left for too long, making them soggy. As for the pizza, it had no taste to it and was so oiled up you could see the bubbles on top of it. The excessive amount of oil also made the pizza have a Stella kind of taste to it which was not nice at all. I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever, overall it is of a poor quality.

To be honest the food was ok but they forgot the sauces and put coleslaw on the salad which I said not to in the notes, I rang up fuming and the manager was nothing but polite, he himself brought me a pizza round to my house the following night free of charge which is right up there with great customer service.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from here. The food is absolutely vile and the bottom of the tray was full of fat! The service was terrible where I was being told I didn’t order when I stood there for over half hour. Just because the owner couldn’t have his own way and accept he was wrong, he walked away and just pretended like I wasn’t there. This is the second time I’ve gone this week and the first time my friend got shouted at because he asked for a bag when he was given the food and not at the start the start of the order!!?? Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Abousolty discussed with this place I order every wk ...to be told tonight we are busy which I can understand but to be told pay extra for sauces which he knows how we like it and extra grilled they ain't got time makes me laugh keep your food coz it's always between 20 to 30 pound order nomore keep it we will go eles were not very gd customer service at all
