I bought a lottery ticket from this store and they gave me the wrong one, i only realised when i got home that it was the wrong one. i returned to the store and kindly asked the man to change it and all i got was disrespect and rudeness from someone who should be professional. I have visited the shop before and the lady that works there is lovely. but i do not expect to be spoken to in such a rude way. i won’t be visiting this store again because of this and i recommend that anyone else doesn’t too.
