They don’t accept Collect+ packages because scanner is “broken”

Liars. Wouldn’t take a collect + parcel as it was a box which I assume they just didn’t want to take. Said “machine broken” didn’t even try to scan it. Called collect + & they said it was showing as online.

Poor service - lost collect+ parcel, incorporative to resolve this issue with collect+ They used to run western union- never got the job done, worker who was responsible for western union was never available. Had 3 unsuccessful attempts.
