Can be very hit and miss. When good, very good, when bad, just avoid.
Never trust them when the fish takes 5 minutes either, been left waiting more then 30 minutes numerous times.
In addition the shop is filled with customers not wearing masks and they do nothing. The staff wear masks when they feel like it also, so not surprised they don't enforce 2 customer rule(as written on a sign) or make people wear masks.
Far more awful then good.
I was recommended this place for there pizzas awhile back and was not disappointed.. pizzas have been on point my go to pizza spot in Newport👍 .Chips are also nice not tried anything else .
Difficult to find a proper chip shop open on a Sunday daytime. Really glad to have come accross it. Food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced will be back soon
Sadly this isn't a good chippy at all. Food was tasteless and low quality, the interior was depressing and doesn't make you want to be in there. They need to rethink if they are hoping to attract sober customers. 2 stars as it was open late and staff were friendly.
Ordered food, collected. Had done the order wrong. Rang them and phone line is shocking, also the person cannot understand the basics of putting wrong food and incorrect order. Not pleased as been in work till 9pm now going back to sort out. Need someone on phone that is capable of sorting issue not make them worse. Won't use again
