Can’t recommend Storage Giant Newport enough! Excellent communication, staff super helpful whenever we needed anything but left us to it when we didn’t, and all of our belongings were completely safely preserved for a total of 7 years! Parking and access are totally straightforward and there are trolleys available to help with loading and unloading. Absolutely zero hassle, amazing. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic service from this company, with some brilliant staff, especially Taz who I would like to personally thank for his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He really got to know and understand my business needs as a new company, and was able to offer a very flexible approach with tailored options as we expanded operations during lockdown. I would say that this company has helped us grow successfully from the outset by meeting our bespoke requirements in a cost effective manner. After looking in vain for a small garage storage unit i took to Google to find an alternative. Success! i found the Storage Giant website intuitive and so easy to navigate with clever description about how much each storage container would hold. understanding how many car or van loads this would translate to made the decision so easy to make. I got a quote within seconds and was about to book online but had an immediate phone call from the wonderful Rhiannon. what a pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable and super enthusiastic person who understood my needs and made three phone calls to accommodate my urgency for storage.
i am not booked in ready for a good decluttering session and lok forward to using Storage Giant for the next few months while we sell the house.

Great service received from the Newport guys, Taz and Roisin both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, prices are great and all the storage is indoors, safe dry and very secure.
Also great system in place to keep all visitors and staff safe during covid.
