Thought I would try asda Orrell again but never again... loads of staff still not wearing masks and also customers still going in without masks on.. in these times you would think that Asda would follow the guidance and get the staff to wear masks ...even if they cant enforce customers to wear them

For the past 3 weeks I have shopped at Asda Bootle staff really helpful and friendly but does not seem managed well for the past 3 weeks I have shopped there between hours of 7.30 - 9 pm only 1 cash till on people getting a full weeks shopping so trollies full so not suitable for self service I spend longer in queue than shopping with people constantly passing and not at 2 meters . Could someone do rota so that more tills are open then people would not have to queue as long. Tesco and Costco have 1 queue with a staff member directing customers to available cashier .
