Absolutely shocking, told to wait at first window for about 10mins, then moved to next window for guess what, another 10 min wait with no other customers in sight! Yet for such a wait the food was cold, and they act like the sauce comes out of their wage and not helpful or friendly at all 👎

After thinking long and hard about my experience, I've mentioned the facts on my first and last visit. Firstly the drive-thru ordering screen was frozen on £11.33 total (I was NOT informed of this by staff over the tannoy while ordering). Secondly, they've stopped the double cheeseburger meaning the next option was a bacon double cheeseburger at almost £4.50 for the smallest burger around. Thirdly, after counting out £11.33 I was informed my total was £16.37. I discussed this with the staff member and this was when I was told about the frozen order screen. Fourth I counted out £21.37 for £5.00 change - I was handed 4 pound coins. I explained to the cashier it should be a five pound note change! After waiting for the manager to open the till and further delaying the drive-thru queue I was given the 3 small burgers and 3 fries, all of which were cold. A great expense, three meals for the kids. Overall this was an unpleasant experience at a very poorly managed store.

Very helpful staff. Did my special order for me as l cannot have white flour. They did it with out the bum.

Bit of a mess sometimes. Myself and two other cars were parked in the bays waiting for our drive through orders. About 20 minutes later, none of us with any food, I went inside and there was five bags of food sat on the counter being ignored by staff!! Chips were obviously cold so they made me more. Other car drivers went in and collected theirs too. 4 stars because they're on point more often than not.
