Placed an order around 6, delivery time was supposed to be 8.05pm then around 20 past after 20 calls to the restaurant with absolutely no answer at all apart from an answer machine, they then updated the delivery time to 8.55pm so nearly 3 hours after the order was originally placed..
Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer ordering around £50 worth of food..
Ended up cancelling at 8.30 and ordering from oriental and had it delivered ASAP.
Recommend oriental for good food and speedy delivery 👌

Just had a food delivered for
myself and my wife. Excellent service, lovely food, and plenty of it. Highly recommended.
I ordered online and did not receive delivery, so after an hour and a half I called them. They told me that I typed in the wrong address and phone number. (impossible-it's autofill and works for everyone else, plus I double checked it). I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Was verbally abused. Went to sleep then left a message saying we left your food outside! 2 1/2 hours after I ordered. Several messages left by them.
Went out this morning and there was stinking old Chinese food in my hallway. They are nuts and cannot use the internet.
