Good and helpful staff. They are polite.
The only thing concerned me was when I saw the kitchen staff and some of them were not wearing mask and no aprons. Mask for not virus but as per food hygiene who has got long beard and long hair.
One chef was wearing jacket and cooking, the delivery driver entered and went to kitchen area without apron and cleaning his hands.
Other the above issue all was good (hospitality, food and on time delivery of order).
Had ordered from here tonight and have been waiting over an hour for my delivery to be delivered.... also phoned them twice and the line cut off both times, very disappointed with the level of customer service provided here tonight, if it was such a hard thing keeping up with the demand just phone up the customer and say your busy and i'll go with other competitors.

Really tasty food, made freshly in 20 minutes in front of you. Reasonable prices.
Disgusting food quality, on top of that takes forever to come.
This was our first order in 5 months from this Papa Johns after the last pizza we had took over 3 hours to be delivered. However, today the pizza arrived on time (within 45 minutes of us ordering), was hot and was very good. We will be ordering again.
