Outstanding as always. Great to be able to go to the pod especially in these uncertain times. Great nurturing class with Ana plus great heat to help muscles plus some very relaxing music.
I went to a class 2 years ago pretty terrified and feeling seriously awkward,not having done ANY physical exercise in years,and to say I was not very bendy or flexible would be an understatement....but i loved it.
After only a few classes I was hooked.I felt instantly at ease and the rewards became obvious extending way outside of the pod....yoga has become part of my daily routine,and that's something I'd thought I'd never hear myself say.
The teachers are all brilliant and in particular Ana who has encouraged me no end......sounds cheesy but its true,it's been a life changer....get yourselves down there!
Absolutely love Hotpod! Started going a year ago and I really feel the effects when I miss a session. Brilliant for calming the mind and helping tone the body. Fabulous teachers and such friendly classes. Moves can be adapted to each persons ability so everyone can participate no matter what their ability or fitness level. So glad I found it and here’s to many more years of hotpodding! 👍

Absolutely love Hotpod.. toning the body and totally relaxing your mind.. it really is my favourite thing to do. All the instructors are amazing especially Ana who is fantastic and helps you every way possible. 💞💞💞
