Quite an underrated gym. With the current price and no contract or extra fees, this is the ideal gym to go to in the city centre. Unlike The Gym group this place has 3 hours free parking. The facilities inspire are pretty impressive and the gym is in no way small. They even have a private section for just women. They staff are very helpful and friendly and they have good attention to detail for cleaning up equipment after it’s been used.
Great gym but the music is too loud. I don't like the style of music they play so I take my own and I can still hear the gyms music with my headphones on full blast (which can cause hearing damage, according to the warning message on my phone). Also, spin classes are really loud and distract me when I'm trying to do yoga in the studio.
Good COVID precaution measures in place and when it's not too busy, it's great. The staff are constantly cleaning down equipment which is good. Speaking of equipment, they have a very wide selection with multiple of each machine and weight meaning you shouldn't have to wait too long for a popular machine.
It's great you re-opened but that does not mean people are ready to come back! You charged me for membership suddenly without any warning or email after being shut for months. This is not right. You won't answer the phone and the guy at the gym said someone will call me regarding this on Monday and it's now Tuesday evening. I did not aprove you taking any money from me so it 's a fraud.
No communication at all and they will ignore you. Very unproffessional and apparently it's under new management. Well you are not doing a good job. You lost 3 customers between me and my friends.
Good gym. Not many people, cheap and spacious. There's room and equipment to use even during peak times. You need your own padlock for lockers, and you need to make sure to clean the equipment before you use it, but that's a good thing. Cleaning supplies there at all times.
Did not attend classes, so can't comment on those.
Some of the equipment could use upgrading, but besides that it's a spot on place to exercise
