This studio started up in April 2017. It is awesome. Wales has never had a Bikram Teacher so for it to be in Swansea is long overdue. The space is small but it's HOT. Teacher is awesome. I loved it. I think though I prefer the 12.15 class because it's only 60 minutes. The evening class at 6pm is really tough it's 90 minutes.
Decided to try it, yoga not mything but this was acool class. definitely worth going and will try to make it again in summer Jase
