Great yoga classes friendly and welcoming will leave feeling totally relaxed and calm
A very relaxing yoga class with lots of breathing exercises,the postures were gentle to start with a gradual build up to the final posture. The realxation at the end was very good as i drifted of to sleep at the end. Everyone was really frendly would recommend this class to a beginner or to someone who has been doing yoga for a while.
