A great space, professional and friendly staff.
Signed up for my first class in a long time - watt bike. Whole experience was good from the start, nice friendly welcome from Ian. Ian helped me to download an App which is extremely easy to use, showing visibility of all the classes and times I can use the ‘open gym’. No expense spared on the equipment, real impressive set up.
I’ve been working with Ian for around a year now and have seen a massive change to my body shape!! The exercises are always varied and Ian is a great motivator!! I would highly recommend Coastal Fitness!!
Excellent facility and equipment. The classes really push you and you achieve far more than training on your own!
