Arrived over 2 hours late.
Rip off charged my daughter £3.30 for small portion of chips from freezer and refused to cancel her order and give refund
How did you even win an award!? Too expensive for the tiny portion size . it was awful. Probably the worst chinese I've had, sorry.... Didn't want to leave one star because i don't usually write reviews! My noodles were stiff, dry and had a burnt taste . The beef was chewy af and hardly any of it. The fried rice had a weird taste and smell. I'm not one to complain usually unless something is REALLY bad and this was. Pretty sure the 5* reviews are fake 😆. Awful. Hopefully It was just a bad day.
Apparently a top rated take away.. My sweet n sour sauce was just honey sauce nothing sweet & sour about it, the batter wasn't cooked through on some of the chicken.. The boiled rice was just a whole lump of rice in a tub.. It wouldn't separate no matter what I tried so it went where the rest did.. In the bin...
An incomplete order delivered 30 minutes late. Twenty minutes on the phone to try and sort it out with no ETA on the missing items. Complete shambles. First and last time we will use. If I could give zero stars I would.
