Lovely pub in beautiful countryside with the Thames footpath a short walk away. Staff were lovely..polite, helpful. Shepherd's huts are lovely with the most comfortable bed. Food was uncomplicated but tasty and sufficient. Lovely affogato! Hoping to go back soon

Excellent food, landlord and chef Ian knows his stuff. Good well kept ales. Cosy and warm inside. Front of house, landlady Lisa with her staff provide good service. Also great for a stay over with 3 luxury shepherds huts in the grounds.

This place is an absolute delight! Lisa and all the staff are wonderful, and the food is sublime. We had the sausage roll / home made bread starters (both gorgeous) and over two days had the fish and chips, sausage and mash and northmoor burger main courses, which were equally lovely and high quality, all at a great price. The crumble dessert was beautiful also. We stayed on site at one of their Shepherd's hut BnBs and it was one of the best weekend breaks we have been on. Highly, highly recommended!
