10/10 as always, ordered 3 times now never let me down.
Ordered trough Uber eats at 8:45, food was due at 9:35, it’s now 10:22... tried ringing the restaurant multiple times, tried getting help through the Uber eats app & still nothing.
No refund by the looks of things either
Ordered 2 kebabs on the 14 of August, when driver got here I took them out of his hands and I kid you not the metal tray they come in was freezing so when I called driver back he threw his hands in the air then when I tried explaining to him that they are freezing he told me that's what kebabs are meant to be like and told me to get on with it and sped off in his car, rang the shop and spoke to a bloke, he told me that I was the only order he had and he said they are cold because of the salad that's on top what a PATHETIC excuse. I will not be using them ever again!!
We’ve ordered from here a lot and never had any issues but today we ordered for a birthday party of 13 family members. The potato wedges and garlic bread were burnt and inedible. The Kebabs had hardly any meat in the boxes, they looked like someone had eaten half of it. The mixed salad contained only lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion and this usually had so so much more. The pizzas were, as usual, great!
Really disappointed today and it’s put myself and my family off ordering again. I did phone about the meat upon opening the boxes to be told that 7 small pieces of chicken Shish is what a “large” kebab contains, when previously ordered, they’ve been full boxes.
Sorry to say we Won’t be ordering again.
very upset, i had a meal last week which was lovely with a nice array of salad, about 10 different things and fancied a repeat this week and got 3 . Sorry but i think i'll shop elsewhere from now on.
