Nice food good Chinese meals
Always really nice food here!
I ordered a specific order, very simple, it’s on their own menu. However when they delivered the wrong thing, the scandalous chinese shop claimed it was my fault, with proof of my order I asked for the right food to be sent, then I was met with insults, police threat.
I will not tolerate this. I will be contacting the proper authorities. My consumer rights will be met, whether willingly or not.
We have used Ming’s for over 12 years but never again. It appears to have new staff who cannot speak English. This obviously causes problems when ordering food. Our order turned up totally wrong and there was a total refusal to correct it.
Not the best Chinese take away I've ever had but definitely one of best in the Morriston area.
