I have been happily buying food from this takeaway for over two years, but recently issues have started to occur.
The quality and quantity of the chicken has been really bad.
This has never been a cheap takeaway and I'm okay with that if the quality is there.
It's not anymore.
Also, when you include a service charge (whatever that is) and the cost of delivery and the cost of a plastic bag it all smacks of poor penny pinching.
You've now lost me as a customer. I'm now using your two rivals up the road.

Used to like this place havent even ordered tonight went to order kebabs but seen you get charged a pound for everything even sauce! would end up paying 10 pound for each kebab and last time there was hardly any chicken, used to put with the prices but lately it's just not worth it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. FOOD POISONING WARNING!! pink chicken!! Absolutely horrendous. Besides that chips were soggy. Rice was horrendous and obviously microwaved around 4 times!!! Curry was watery and full of grease!!! Naan was cold and crusty. And papadoms were stale and not fresh. Awful Indian, will be taking this chicken to food hygiene in neath port Talbot tomorrow!!!
Ordered a takeaway following recommendations, at 6.30pm tonight - it is now 9.00pm and we are still waiting for our delivery. This is awful customer service we were told it would take an hour! I rang back at 7.50pm to be told it would be 30 mins - still waiting!!! I appreciate these are difficult times but if you can’t handle the amount of orders you should say so instead of taking people’s money under false pretences! This is appalling and despite the good recommendations we will not be ordering from you again
Update- takeaway arrived about 9.40pm and had to be warmed up! My chicken Tikka pathia was actually lamb which I hate! Most of it went in the bin as we had gone past eating by then! Very, very disappointing and a waste of money!
Did not enjoy my meal tonight I've had more spice in a gravy on Sunday dinner. come back uudin will not be returning I know these are challenging times but no excuse for this poor attempt of a Rogan Josh
