First visit to cinema since March. Enjoyed the experience. Booking online via website was a bit frustrating as when I tried paying for allocated seats the website kept taking me back to the homepage. Finally got through and tickets e-mailed to me. On arrival we had the tickets scanned and we're informed we didn't need to wear masks inside. Limited snacks available, no pick a mix or hot dogs. When seated the film started straight away, no previews, adverts etc. Felt safe and enjoyed the film, Tenet.
Coping well with covid.
A variety of snacks and foods, always clean, staff are friendly and the chairs are comfortable, also has seating for wheelchair users and more.
Very good, just shame about the film we chose, fyi, give tenet a miss, dreadful film. Checked in when arrived by staff, good directional restrictions and segregation in the screen, would happily visit again during the current restrictions.
Pretty rubbish experience seeing Tenet here. We got there 10 mins after the advertised film time to be told that there were no adverts and the film would have already started. Then told the next screening was full due to social distancing rules so we wait an hour till the next Viewing. When we get to the next showing they’ve managed to sit the only 3 couples in the whole cinema on the same row within a few seats of each other and lo and behold we sit through the usual half an hour of adverts. The staff were nice but I don’t think they’ve been briefed properly with the new opening; the whole thing was very confused and I didn’t feel particularly safe there with the measure in place.
