Really happy with the service from this company, Helen (whom I dealt with over the phone was always very informative, pleasant and helpful. The gent who delivered my goods was fab, went above and beyond.

Disgusted by the driver in the lorry on the motorway! Over taking another lorry holding everything up knowing he was doing so and then driving close to our car on purpose, almost hitting our wing mirror off! REG WR63 HFX!
Shocking Company, I was bullied at a junction by one of their drivers in an HGV on the road for no reason whatsoever.
Lodged a complaint and provided photo evidence to the company about it who, so far, have managed no more than a couple of two-line replies in several weeks, containing nothing to address my concerns.
If you see one of their lorries out and about, suggest you keep well clear, they are a law unto themselves and the company do not appear to care as evidenced in their apparent disinterest in my complaint.
(Lights on green by the way in pic attached, and HGV has turned across the front of me for reasons only he knows, then refused to move whilst blocking 2 lanes of traffic at a busy Birmingham junction, then taking a picture of me with his phone out the window, engine still running. Do you really want to hire a company with drivers like this? Good luck!)

Update:
Still no response a month on, shocking. Only thing of interest in one of the 2-line mails I did receive was to confirm from the photographic evidence that the driver was *not* one of their employees, just driving their lorry. So if you think you are buying into a respected brand with accountable employees when hiring them? Think again.
