my name is JALLEL I have worked for this company for years , they haven't paid me for over 6 months , the directors are crook's they do any thin to under pay their drivers less then what they promise, they don't own any car of their own ,they do not answers the calls of their driver especially the one they haven't paid, that is why they keep changing drivers new directors all the time so they don't pay ,also the office do not exist any more .
We were disappointed not to have the wifi in the car, contrary to what the website stated. It was one of the reasons I had picked that company. And when you say « a selection of light refreshments », I think the average customer expects more than water bottles. The ride was a bit rough with the traffic, a lot of brutal breaking, not comfortable and relaxing. There were no « extras ».
We did appreciate having our first look of London throughout the ride and made the best of it. The AC was functional. The car was fairly clean although there was a crumpled paper from the previous customer in the door compartment. The driver was prompt and pleasant, helpful with the luggage. I believe the price was reasonable.
