Spring House Medical Centre

With the covid situation we are unable to have appointments face-to-face... measures to don't spread the virus... ok Fair enough. As only one option we have appointments by phone and it's given 2-4 hours window for us to pick up the phone. Let me tell about my first experience... To have an appointment by phone I booked 1 month before because they didn't have space before. On the day they gave me a window from 9am to 13pm. They could call at the beginning, middle or final of the window... the patient needs to be a very flexible person and stay waiting for the phone call (maximum 4 hours) and can't start anything on they normal routine because if you miss the call for 2 times, you need to book it again. Around 9:50 I was in the place that I didn't have any signal on my phone and I only noticed when I received a voicemail saying that to call back to Spring House Medical Centre. 45 minutes passed when I finally could get them on the phone, but that moment it was told me that from the first call missed I only had 1 hour window to call them back... it didn't completed 1 hour and the doctor still refusing to speak with me. So they book another appointment for next week. today they gave me a window from 15pm until 17pm if I'm not wrong. 16pm, I didn't have any call and I needed to go to the supermarket and there I don't have signal. they called me around 16:19 however that moment it went straight to the voicemail and I got a second call at 16:38 which I missed. I returned the call at 16:48 and this time they told me something different: After a second call missed you need to reschedule and the 1 hour window policy that was told me before doesn't exist. This Medical Centre has a big problem in their system. First: the employees are not aware of their policies... if so I would have only the same one information. Second: we need to be flexible in those hours that you can't do anything, you can't receive any other call, you can't go to that part of the house the the signal reception is too bad and you can't go to the supermarket. stuck for 2-4 hours... basically an appointment with unknown time. Flexibility from their side... not really. I hope these guys are open for suggestions: they could short the window that they give or if they want to maintain it so when a patient misses the phone so just make them in the final of the list of the patient that they need to call between those 2-4 hours. In the mean time, I'm going to look for another medical centre in WGC with a different system, more workable and flexible for both side.

Receptionis think they are doctors rude rude and rude dont know their duties. Majority of doctors have no clue what they are doing you better of with google.

Realy Bad receptionist Always no appointments, it is really disappointing when you have Any problems and they always have the same answer!!! No appointment available,you have to call 8am in the morning or 1pm in the afternoon . Absolutely poor and not helpful service..

I was sent confirmation of an appointment by text, to attend the surgery and it was confirmed twice more before the scheduled appointment so when I arrived at the surgery (as directed) I was told there was no appointment then they said it was a telephone consultation so I showed them the messages and NOWHERE DOES IT SAY PHONE CONSULTATION it clearly says AT the surgery. And of course they NEVER called - they are the first to moan if I don't turn up!

Never any appointments for weeks and weeks. Always get told to call at 8am. Yesterday in phone queue after my call back I got hung up on this morning at 8am when I got to position one it hung up on me.
