Well worth a visit, but with one reservation - do choose a sunny day! The stones are wonderfully weathered and stand in a grand location with 360 degree vistas - whilst we were there, a lady was hugging them and so I suppose that is evidence that there are auras etc for those of a deeply spiritual nature. For me, it was enough to tap into the sense of deep history that the stones are witness to.

Very special place,great panoramic views even though not a high location, a must see for ancient history buffs.

Very interesting about a 20 min walk from the road. Easy access. Can be muddy.

A lovely walk up to the stones, great views and it feels quite magical to be able to touch something so old and with so much history
