To all out there ,
This pharmacy has had to take on patients prescriptions from Lloyd’s chemist by Western Favell Surgery that shut down last year .
Now they are overwhelmed but yet are still pushing ahead.
The waiting time is long but PLEASE people be PATIENT, as in this crisis there is a shortage of a lot of much needed items .
Let’s appreciate the FACT that they even come into work to HELP us still get what we are needing.
Remember THEY have families too .

Excellent help over the phone from Pharmacist. Looking for help re out of production prescription. He could not have been more helpful. Many many thanks. Was able to offer alternatives to GP. Many Thanks.
Keep you waiting ages. I order my prescription in yet I still have to stand and queue. Then it takes them ages to find it
Going downhill fast. Would have waited 30-45 mins for a prescription, so went to collect at 9pm the next day. Still took 10 mins with no queue and when the woman asked me to fill my name out on a bit of paper, it was a bit of paper that had been left on the main counter in full view of customers. When I said I was not happy with this, she said "it's just your name", she did not seem to grasp that the issue was with my personal data being left out in the open. Even then, she only tore my name off the paper, she still left the paper with everyone else's names on the counter. Only moved to the area earlier this year, will have to find another pharmacy in the area as I don't trust this lot anymore. A shame as their service and slowness lets the rest of Tesco Weston Favell down.
Don't bother with this pharmacy , you might end up waiting for long time!!
