After a few issues I had on the phone, I went into the branch today and spoke with a lady called Bex. I cannot thank her enough, she was one of the friendliest people at the branch and the most helpful. So incredibly grateful to have met her today. No longer am I experiencing any issues and everything was resolved there and then. She was quick but made me feel welcome and well cared for. Truly wonderful lady and a credit to herself and Santander! Definitely deserves recognition. Thank you Bex!

For people who work 5 and six days a week and cannot get to the branch in hours the outdoor machine is not well managed. Its not emptied enough so over the weekends it wont iften accept cheques or cash or both. And when its out of order isnt quickly sorted. As fleetwood branch has now shut mor effort should be made to keep it functional

Never had any problems at this branch. The staff are always helpful and friendly even with difficult customers and/or complex transactions.

I am disgusted with the service in this branch. My grandfather wanted to make a payment to me and went into branch where he was rudely and hands down refused by a woman who obviously has no idea how to treat customers. I will get to the bottom of it, as I will be sending a relative in tomorrow.
