I have been with K2 on and off for 4 and a half years (on and off due to other commitments) I am welcomed everytime I go with smiles and the trainers take the time and effort to ensure I get the beat from each session. I was 8.5 stone heavier when I joined and know that regardless of my size I always felt comfortable and welcomed at any class and on any machine. Great gym. Great people. Great facilities.
Great atmosphere, welcoming staff and friendly members. Competitively priced with lots on offer.
I'll be honest, the gym equipment here is good. But the customer service is terrible, especially if you're trying to cancel your membership.
I'll go to the gym pretty regular and will have a couple months off here and there. The experience I've had trying to cancel, I know I'm never going back.
This place won't let you cancel unless you're face to face apparently. Been trying to cancel for nearly a year now and with country wide lockdown and now county lockdown it's makes it impossible for me to get in and cancel. I cancelled my direct debit at one point and then I had letters saying bailiffs will come and seize assets if I don't pay the £60 I owe them.
So if you're never going to cancel, then you'll be fine. Otherwise, be weary because they'll make it as hard as possible for you to cancel.
Used for a week while visiting parents. Top class service and great gym, will be using every time I vist home!
Clean and well laid out. Outstanding value for money membership as well. Helpful and friendly staff are a bonus
