The best gym around! Simon is a fantastic coach so knowledgeable and offers so much support and encouragement. The team are like my second family.
I have been training with Spartan Strength Camp since November and cannot recommend them enough. They are supportive, encouraging and always push you to do a little bit more than you thought you could. Classes are high-energy with plenty of variety so you don’t feel like you’ve done the same thing twice.
In three months I’ve lost 2 stone, dropped 2 dress sizes and noticed a huge improvement in my strength and fitness. If you’re willing to put in the work, these guys will help you get amazing results!
Completed a session to try it out and loved it. Feels like a very safe training environment and they ensure you're doing the exercises correctly. Fab mix of exercises and feel like full work out and stretch/cool down. Highly recommended.
Started training with Simon and Kris at Spartan when they opened last year after using numerous other gyms in the area for years. By far the best training facility in Bridgend for equipment, coaching, class times and value for money.
