Great gym, always clean and well maintained. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I've tried pretty much all of the mainstream gyms in Bridgend and this is the best by far.
A really good gym all new equipment never over crowded.
Open 24/7. Good choice of equipment. Access to vending machines for water and/or protein bars. Shower and toilet facilities also.
24 hrs and never too busy. Great facilities. Friendly staff.
Best Gym in town. I love the atmosphere the staff create, the kit is top of the range and its 24/7!
