missing wine. head office not answering.shop not answering.. Update... day 16 still no wine. Been told by 3 people at different times "your wine will be there today" and it hasnt, also been told its lost with Yodel. Yodel tried delivering it to the store but got the wrong address etc etc and now i find out that the warehouse for Majestic Wine is in.............. Northampton... work that one out. Greg at the shop been great, nothing to do with the shop its all about head office and customer services being useless. Still waiting.
This place has a great atmosphere. Overall it was such a great place. A highly recommended wine shop in this town!
Great service... great choice of wines
First visit today to Majestic Wine. Didn't expect much, thought it would be a big store of expensive wine. When we arrived the staff were so friendly and offered to do some blind wine tasting with us to find the type of wine we like best. What a lovely idea! Greatly enjoyed the experience and the staff's wine knowledge, and very impressed by the wide selection and price of the wines. We will definitely be returning, can't wait to try out some new interesting wines! (And price wise not much different to the price of many supermarkets)
Order corporately every Xmas from Rob. Very pleased with the service and the product as our customers. Professional, reliable and helpful. The whole process is stress free! Which at this time of year is a definite bonus!!
