Bit lacking in their plant section for big B&Q
The store was chaotic and the whole back wall was blocked by pallets full of stock.
I also struggled with lack of social distancing by customers but that was not B&Ms fault. I was pushed past by several people instore.
The staff were friendly though and they made it for me.
There was a solid collection of well priced food, home, garden & seasonal supplies.
I purchased quite a bit regardless of the chaos in the rest of the store. But8 my checkout worker was lovely & friendly.
Had to queue but didn't have to wait long before entering the store. Not very crowded so moving about was okay. Found what I wanted and checkout was quick.
It is a very clean & well stocked shop. It had everything we wanted & more.
Very pleasant & helpful staff.
Wide range of goods, helpful staff, open until late, loads of free parking. Shelves could be a bit more organised, but it's quite a good shopping experience anyway. :)
