Amazing place for an early morning walk with a smoke, watching the sun rise sitting on the benches seeing the morning dew on the grass, or going to use the basketball hoops for some laughs Would highly recommend going to this park if you live in leicester. Or want a nice morning walk.

I had the privilege to meet Nelson Mandela in 1995. It was at a function hosted at SAB World of Beer museum. He was being ushered in by his bodyguards but stopped by and greeted the young waiters/waitresses in a side room. I still remember the warmth he radiated when he entered the place.

It's fine if you're an adult without children. The toilets are not secure and there's a lot of drug dealers hanging around. Too

Stunning location, nice benches and a good consideration for privacy. Often it's the people you're with and not the park alone, but you deserve the stars 🌟
