I visited with a friend for lunch and everything was great. Quite a bit of a wait for a table but it is to be expected these days. The virtual queue system is good. Staff were pleasant and did their best to accommodate our needs. Food as good as always. However, what happened with the pouring cream on the desserts, Nandos?? I specifically asked a team member if the desserts were now coming with cream because I know previously you have stopped for a bit. I ordered the desserts on the app, the pictures showed pouring cream but there was none. So sad. Would still come back and recommend but please bring the pouring cream back or change the pictures.
Disgusting service 30 minute wait to then come tell me run out of order only had a burger which I took and was pink in the middle
