Excellent storage facility with polite efficient staff who go out of their way to help. Used several times. Cannot fault them.
Wonderful facility. Clean; easily accessible 24/7; secure. Competitive pricing. Ticks all the boxes but goes one step further with the wonderful service offered by the staff. Extremely helpful and personable. I found the staff to be very considerate and go beyond the service level expected. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this storage facility highly enough. I needed a storage unit temporarily while waiting for a new house to be ready. The service we received from them was excellent from start to finish. The unit we wanted was occupied when I first enquired but I was kept updated and contacted as soon as it became available. Staff went above and beyond and took a lot of the stress out of the moving experience. The yard and units are secure, clean, well maintained and easy to access. Also, as a customer we were able to use their van once at no additional cost. Further use of the van was available at a cost which is considerably cheaper than local van hire companies. If I need storage again in the future this is where I’ll go. Outstanding service!
Really impressed by the services received and offered at Bridgend EasyStore. The facility itself is clean, secure, and professionally operated with access being offered 24/7 and security systems being logically implemented. The customer service was absolutely fantastic with Kelly explaining how the site operates and access methods with clarity in an easy to understand manner. Kelly was incredibly helpful providing assistance when I stumbled around any part of the agreement. Due to the service received and how understanding the staff are I will definitely be recommending this facility to friends/family.
