Don’t even deserve one star. Horrendous experience! Awful vets, avoid like the plague. Our dog died of cancer after MULTIPLE visits to the vets with concerns over his behaviour and lumps appearing on his skin. We were constantly dismissed and told he was FINE until he collapsed in garden and they found he had a TUMOUR that by the this point had ruptured and this killed my gorgeous boy! My poor boy could of survived if the vet had looked at him properly but unfortunately our trust in a professional was misguided. Thanks to this vets we no longer have our gorgeous border collie and to top it off we’ve just received reminder email and text to tell us his jabs were due when they know he died, how insensitive!

I have been to several vets with my dog and he gets anxious and I have to carry him into see the vet but at best friends, Duston my dog has warmed to the staff and now walks into the room and is friendly with the vets. I find they give him time and also take time to explain to me any condition I have been faced with. I find they are reasonable priced. I travel 8.5 miles just to visit this vets because I find them so welcoming and how my dog has warmed to the staff. Thank you

Beware. The vet Sonia has been absolutely fantastic, cannot fault the treatment she has given Poppy our dog, but the Rottweiler on reception and her gang, most of whom are nurses, have been as awkward as they can be, sticking together and repeating everything that the Rottweiler has said. I am still waiting for them to submit invoices through Pawtal to my insurance company from December and we are now in January, and they have charged me twice on two invoices, still trying to get that sorted. But unfortunately I still have to go to the vets as she has been diagnosed as diabetic and I know very little able this at present. So I’m having to rely on the good care of Sonia the vet. It’s an on going battle, it’s been very stressful for me. Update:- Invoices eventually submitted after getting in touch with head office complaints department, did take a few weeks but eventually sorted.

Be warned please. they take your money and refuse to pass on invoices to the insurance company. We have been waiting since the 19th of December 2019 for these people to pass them on, excuse after excuse. They'll blame everyone but themselves as to why they can't pass them on. They've had their money, it would be fair for us to be reimbursed. They've informed me that its about the animals not the money. That's why I paid insurance, so my animals are taken care of in their hours of need - which the vet did. Nb. Quickly sent in the invoice which was the vets element!
