Damaged parrot cages arrived refused to refund crook company they send damaged cages then try to put blame on customer retailer trading standards been contacted in regards to this matter jacob is the main crook he tells numerous lies to gain monies for himself so dishonest all 5 star reviews of this company are forged by the company been in this pet trade for many years every retailer i mention these crooks to seem to have had the same problem ordered numerous cages to arrive damaged then to be asked to pay return large amounts of cash for cages which are not fit for purpose please AVOID i made the mistake of not reading reviews before purchasing i totally regret it been an ordeal legal fees etc PLEASE AVOID DISHONEST CROOKS WATCH OUT FOR JACOB HES THE MAIN CROOK

Had a cage delivered with two boxes the same. Contacted my supplier who asked sky pet products to ring me direct. When I spoke to them they went above and beyond to resolve the exchange. Sent it the next morning. Would recommend this company for prompt delivery and service. Thank you.

Disgusting customer service!! Disgusting phone manners!!! Disgusting Owner!! I ordered from this company back in April. Two of the enclosures i ordered came damaged these were The Endeavour and The Explorer. I have rang and emailed countless amounts of times and just been ignored each and every time with promises that they will ring me back but never do!! I have finally gotten hold of them after refusing to accept a call back later. I spoke to a man called Lee, He basically told me that after already waiting 9 months I am not entitled to a refund (which the consumer acts right says differently, as I first made the complaint well within the given time frame) and that he will put in the order and i have to wait untill almost March!!!! That's if he actually does put in the order this time and which does not guarantee it wont be broken again and ill have to wait another 11 months to get it sorted, mean while i am without the enclosure. when i asked to speak to a manager he actually refused to put me onto a manager. so i ring the office and she tells me he is the manager!! so i ask for the owner she says he is the owner!! i ask for another owner she refuses and tells me he is the only one, well Company's house register tells me different!! i ask for their complaint procedures she refuses and hangs up on me!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I will be contacting trading standards!!!!!

I have just spoken to Lee, just wanted to say after reading some of the negative reviews. I have to strongly disagree regarding the "rude & unhelpful" Lee is a credit to the company, more than helpful very friendly & patient whislt I explained my problem. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, in my experience I have found that we are only rude if someone is also rude regardless if the expectation is the customer is always right which isn't necessarily correct. We are all entitled to our opinions. I found my experience with Sky Pet Products A1, I will definitely recommend them to my other pet loving friends 👍👍👍👍👍

The driver came on New Year's Eve, great, very helpful, kind. Will use again. No problems, fantastic.
