Very good night's sleep.
Staff good and pool is excellent.
Only negative is that they add the service charge to your bill without asking.
We were going to tip anyway but believe that it should be discretionary not mandatory.
Fabulous stay here. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very good social distancing and one way system measures in place. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Felt very safe. 10 minute walk and your literally in the New Forest National Park. Ponies virtually on the doorstep! Will visit again. Would definitely recommend.
Pleasant staff , room way too hot , very poor shower and toilet flush (room 11). Very Covid compliant which was good. Check your bill here , ours was badly wrong.but rectified without fuss.
Absolutely amazing Afternoon Tea which we had on the 13th of October for my Husbands Birthday. Food was out of this world and the staff were extremely helpful and happy. I would 100% highly recommend this beautiful Hotel. We will be back. Thank you for making today so Special
